Hi, I’M Ruby. Realizing therapy is something you or your loved one may need is not an easy decision to be made and the journey can be long but well worth it in the end. The journey you take in therapy does not only focus on what is going wrong but what is going right and how do we learn to focus on the strengths and proud moments of our lives to help us become a better version of ourselves. The noise of life will always be there and we cannot control it but we can control how we respond and transcend beyond the suffering and distress.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a background in Individual,  Marriage and Family therapy with a passion to help you reconnect to yourself or others by offering a client centered, solution focused approach and guidance while you transcend to this new phase of your life. Additional specialties are relational dynamics, life transitions, career development, group therapy, children and adolescents. I am also bilingual Spanish/English.
